The double layer roofing sheet machine combines two popular roofing profiles (800 and 686) into one production line, allowing the customer to produce different roofing sheet types while saving factory space and reducing equipment investment costs.The two additional 686 trapezoidal roofing sheet machines will further increase production efficiency and ensure stable output for large-scale roofing sheet orders.All machines were completed according to the customer’s technical requirements and passed strict quality inspections before shipment.

Consolidated Transportation to Tianjin Port

Since the customer also purchased other products from suppliers in China, a consolidated shipping arrangement was chosen to optimize transportation costs.After final testing and packaging, the three machines were loaded onto a flatbed truck and transported to Tianjin Port. There, they will be combined with the customer’s other cargo and loaded into containers for sea transportation to Zimbabwe.This logistics solution helps the customer reduce shipping expenses while ensuring efficient cargo management.
